At GORAL, we stand by the craftsmanship of our footwear and offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every handcrafted pair you purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original GORAL box and ensure all protective fillers and tissues are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
